At the beginning of this new year, I can't help shake the feeling that I've somehow been jettisoned into another dimension.  Something is just a bit off.  Just a bit weird.  Just not quite right.  I just feel uneasy.  Things look the same but they don't feel the same.  Seams are tearing. Dreams.  I've been having these dreams.  They leave me uneasy.  Like when a door that has previously fit in a doorway suddenly stops fitting.  What's the reason?  Humidity?  Settling?  Arid conditions?  There has to be a reason, right? Or is there sometimes no reason?  The last jigsaw puzzle piece should fit but now it's more of an approximation.  Something

So I did.  8 days.  I told you the dates.  I texted and messaged the dates so you had a paper trail to refer to.  I forwarded the reservation to BOTH of your e-mail accounts.
